Vienna — 23 December 2025 — Community volunteers linked to Foundation for a Drug-Free World Austria have Vienna drug education expanded outreach in Vienna, engaging young people, parents and teachers through public information points and event-based activities. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, the initiative uses “Truth About Drugs” materials to present straightforward information on drug risks, including the ongoing debate around cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used illicit drug. A short report is available via a Scientology Europe report.
According to organisers, the Vienna activities aim to reach teenagers early, including at large public gatherings such as the Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Reliable, early information helps young people make free and responsible choices—strengthening public health and civic responsibility.”
